Aleksandre Gelashvili

I initially became interested in cooking when I was 12 years old. The first thing I’ve ever baked in my own kitchen was Khachapuri, which turned out to be similar to Meskhetian Qadian, although I discovered that much later. I have never thought much about choosing my profession, as being a chef was my childhood dream. For a life companion I chose an amazing confectioner, yet again connecting my life with culinary.
